Want to do it yourself? The complete step-by-step guide is below

How to build one system that runs all of your content

So you can post more, get more leads & spend less time creating content WHILE MAKING MORE MONEY. Content that sounds exactly like you, matches your offer, and attracts the customers you actually want.

Listen,

In the next few minutes I'm going to show you exactly how to build a complete content system for your business.

Not just tips. Not just prompts. The actual system.

The one that pulls the ideas, writes in your voice, designs the content, edits the video, and posts it everywhere, so you stop being the bottleneck.

But I wanna be honest, I'm gonna pitch something in here: implementing this whole system for you. Now if you want to do this yourself, I'll give you a complete step-by-step guide on how to build this whole system for yourself.

First, you need to understand the framework

Most people get this part wrong, so read this bit slowly.

If you're using Claude or ChatGPT to write your content right now, you might be shooting yourself in the foot.

I'm not guessing. We did exactly that. The results were terrible.

A generic AI-written carousel post that got zero leads
AI with no system
0 leads
The Stop Saving Reels post with a long list of comments from leads
AI with a real system
200+ leads

Here's why. An AI with no system gives you generic content. It sounds like everyone else because it was trained on everyone else. You post it, nothing happens, and you decide AI doesn't work for content.

AI isn't the problem. Using it without structure is.

When you give these models a system, a real one, with inputs that are specific to your business, you get content that sounds like you and pulls your buyers. Like this one post that got 200+ leads.

Before we go further, let me be straight with you

If you want us to implement  a custom system for you, we'll build a complete system inside your business.

You get the system that does all your content. You get the team that creates content using the system, all for you. PLUS you keep the system forever.

Right now this exact setup is pulling us roughly 400 to 500+ leads a week, completely organic.
No a singe dollar in ad spend.

If you want us to build it for you, book a call and I'll show you how it would work for your business, and we start setting it up live on the call.

If you'd rather do it yourself, keep reading. I'm giving you the whole plan either way.

The framework

I spent a long time trying to find a repeatable way to make content that actually works. I failed at it for months.

Then I stopped inventing and started watching. I looked at what the biggest people in the industry were actually doing.

They're all running the same process. Every one of them.

01
Get ideas THAT ALREADY WORK
02
Make them yours
03
Produce
04
Distribute

Here's the part most people miss: posting more is not the answer by itself.

You can post 10 times a day with ChatGPT. The content will suck, and volume of bad content just gets you nowhere faster.

So the question isn't how do I post more. It's how do I post more and have it be good.

So here's how to do it in 7 steps.

step1

Get clear on your offer and your audience

This is simple. It's not easy.

You need to write down, in detail:

  • What you actually sell
  • Who you sell it to: be specific, not "business owners"
  • What you deliver, step by step
  • What happens for them after they buy

Then summarize all of it in one place.

BUT why does this matter? Everything downstream runs on this. The ideas, the angles, the scripts. If your input here is vague, every piece of content the system makes will be vague too.

Most people skip this because it feels like busywork. Then the whole process falls apart and they blame the tools.

Don't skip it.

How to actually do this

You need to describe, in one document, exactly what your business does. Your niche. Your offer. Your ideal client. Their problems. All of it.

Put it into a single doc, following the structure below, and I promise you: AI will have complete context on your business. This is your foundation.

1. What you sell

Describe your actual offer. Example: "My offer is X."

2. What the client gets

Step by step. What happens the first month. What happens the next few months. Walk it through like they've never worked with you before.

3. Who this is for

Be specific. Not "business owners." Something like: coaches, consultants, and service providers doing $10K+ a month who want a better content system.

4. Who this is NOT for

Just as important. People who won't create content consistently. People without a proven offer yet. People still unclear on their own niche.

5. The problems you solve

List every problem your offer actually fixes for that audience. As many as you can think of.

6. If you're service-based: map the process

Walk through exactly what happens after someone becomes a customer. Example: an HVAC company. Customer calls. You send a tech to inspect. Tech diagnoses the issue. You quote the fix. You schedule the repair. You follow up after.

7. Packages and pricing

Optional, but include it if you want AI referencing real numbers.

8. What you don't do

Just as important as what you do. Say plainly what people might assume you handle but don't, so nothing downstream gets promised by accident.

See a real example here
step 2

Find what's already working

Make a list of 20 to 30 people in your space who are crushing it. The ones getting a ton of views, leas or sales from social media.

Doesn't have to be direct competitors. If your ideal customer watches them and they provide similar service, they go on the list.

Then track what they post. Daily performance, what's hitting, what's flopping.

Dashboard tracking competitor accounts and sorting their posts by performance

We run this inside a system that pulls their content and sorts it by what's actually performing.

Here's why this step is worth more than anything else you'll do: those people have already spent their own time and their own money, hundreds of thousands of dollars in some cases, finding out what gets attention from your customers.

You don't need to guess what's working. The answers are already public. You just need to be organized enough to collect them.

At the end you'll have access to all the things to make this real
Next: find the outliers

Once you have your list, look for videos with a 3x to 10x+ outlier score.

What is an outlier score?

It's how many views a video gets compared to the creator's follower count.

Example: a creator has 1,000 followers. One of their videos gets 100,000 views. That video did 100 times better than their audience size. That's an outlier score of 100x.

2–3x
A solid B. Good for inspiration.
3–10x
Strong. This idea is proven.
10x+
Outstanding. Study it closely.

Again: don't copy the video. Take it as inspiration. Step 3 shows you how to make it yours.

Want this automatic?

This is exactly how our team does research, using a tool we built: OutScript.

AI does all your research and finds the best posts for you. It tracks your list, sorts every video by outlier score, and pulls the winners. Then you click get the transcript, it writes the script from that video, and asks you questions so the video comes out original.

And it does way more than research. It writes your scripts in your voice, designs your posts and carousels, and schedules everything across all platforms. You can even connect it to Claude and have Claude run the whole process for you.

Normally it's $1,500 a year. That's too expensive for most people. So I made this for people who read this:

7-day free trial. Then $41 a month (on a yearly plan).

GET IT HERE

Don't want to use OutScript? Totally fine. Do it by hand with the steps above. It just takes longer.

step 3

Write the script (rough draft)

You found a video that works. Now turn it into your own rough draft.

1
Download the video

Take the video you picked in step 2, the one you're using as inspiration. Download it with InstaSave. The free version works.

2
Transcribe it

Upload the video, get the transcript, and copy it. Paste it into your AI, like Claude or ChatGPT.

Why? You want a reference. The hook, the body, and the idea of that video are proven to work. You build on that.

3
Have the AI analyze it first

Paste the transcript with this prompt:

Prompt 1: analyze

Here's the transcript of a video that performed really well. Analyze it for me. Break down the hook, how the body is structured, and the core idea. Most importantly, tell me why you think it worked. Don't write anything yet. Just analyze it. And at the end send me back the transcript of the video.

Why? You want to check the AI actually understood the video before it writes a single word.

4
Ramble. This is the secret.

Only rewrite a video if you like it, it resonates with you, it ties to your offer, and it has an outlier score above 2x.

Then turn on the mic in Claude, ChatGPT, or OutScript and just ramble. Why you like the idea. What you'd change. What's unique about your offer.

I know it sounds crazy. It's what the biggest guys in the industry are doing.

5
Get your rough draft

Now send the second prompt, with your ramble pasted in:

Prompt 2: rewrite

Now write my own version of this video. Keep the structure that made it work, but make it completely original. Use my own value points, my own steps, and my own examples from the ramble below. It should sound like me, not like the original creator. Here's my ramble: [PASTE YOUR RAMBLE AND YOUR OWN DETAILS]

The AI cleans up your ramble into a script. It's based on something proven, but it's yours. That's your rough draft.

6
Finish it by hand

Copy the script into a Google Doc and make the final changes yourself until you like it.

Don't go back and forth with the AI. Most of the time it just starts to hallucinate.

Using OutScript? Transcribing takes one click, and this whole step takes a couple of seconds. Your call.

Try OutScript
step 4

Make it yours (the Purple Cow step)

This is where most people quit and just copy. Don't.

Take the idea that's working. Then run it through your own material:

  • Your sales call recordings
  • The questions prospects ask you over and over
  • The documents and frameworks you already give clients

Feed that into the AI. That's what turns a borrowed idea into your content.

Now you tell the AI: take this proven idea, but rewrite it so it sounds exactly like me, using my angles and my process.

This process takes time. If you want us to set up this whole system for you, click here and book a call. If you want to do this yourself, keep reading.

step 5

Production

Read the written production guide

Now you've got a script that sounds like you and you actually like it.

This is where almost every business owner gets stuck.

You have two paths.

Path one: film it
You read the script, you shoot the video. This works, but be honest about it. You're a business owner with limited time, and to do this consistently you need a real structure around you. Someone filming, someone editing, someone posting.
Path two: carousels
You don't film anything. The script becomes a designed carousel.

We're on both systems and it's completely automated for me. Our production system builds the carousels in a couple of minutes.

Four finished carousels built by the production system

The one hack I'd give you either way: batch everything. Don't make one piece at a time. Sit down once, produce twenty. Context switching is what kills consistency, not effort.

Book a call. If you want this production system built into your business, once, and then it's yours. Me or someone on my team will show you exactly how it works, structure it live for your business, and start implementing on the call.
No budget right now? Get the prompt library. These are the prompts to do this by hand. Straight disclaimer: this will take you 10 to 30 times longer. But if the money isn't there yet, this is a real way to do it yourself.
step 6

Editing

If you filmed videos, they have to get edited. Every week. Forever.

Our system handles this part. You film, it edits.

If you're on a budget: download CapCut and use our editing prompts. You'll still be managing it yourself and it'll still eat your time, but it'll save you maybe 10x compared to editing raw with no system.

Or again lol... skip all of it and we run the editing for you as part of the build.

Book a call
step 7

Distribution

This is the step that decides whether any of it was worth doing.

One piece, one platform
Maybe 1,000 views
Same piece, seven platforms
7x the reach

Same work. Same content. That's it. That's the whole math.

But you can't do that by hand at volume. You need something posting for you, or you'll do it for two weeks and stop.

Distribution tools: the tools to set this up yourself. Still costs you time.
Book a call. Or we set the whole distribution layer up inside your business.
What it looks like when it's all connected

Here's what you end up with when the seven steps run as one system:

  • It does the market research for you
  • It writes scripts that sound like you
  • It designs the content and the covers
  • You only film the videos you actually want to film
  • It edits everything
  • It posts across every platform
  • And you get a dedicated team member producing content for you

You don't touch any of it. The content goes out anyway, EVERY DAY, ALL DFY.

That's how we get 500+ leads every week.

Why the volume matters more than you think

When you go from a handful of posts a month to ten times that, three things happen:

You can actually test. With eight posts a month you're guessing. With eighty you can see what works and do more of it.

Your winners become ads. When an organic post performs, you already know it converts. Put money behind that instead of gambling on an untested creative. That saves real money on ad spend.

You finally get results like this:

The Stop Saving Reels post with a long list of comments from leads

That's one post. This week.

All the things to make this real

The DIY stack: build the whole system yourself

Straight up: everything below is free. No email, nothing gated. These are the exact tools and docs we use. It'll get you about 90% of the way to what we run.

The other 10% isn't a tool. It's that our system is built around one specific business. There's no universal content system. So expect to spend time setting this up, and more time running it.

I spent over $150,000 of my own money and two and a half years figuring out which tools fit together and which ones waste your time. This is what survived. You get the shortlist without paying for the testing.

Total: about $41 a month plus your AI plan. Set aside one weekend, and you'll have all of it running by Sunday night.

What it really costs you: time

That's every week. Not during setup. After.

And it's the first thing you drop when you get busy. A good sales week comes, content slips. Three weeks later the system is sitting there, fully built, doing nothing.

That's not a discipline problem. It's what happens when the person running the system is also the person running the business.
